Shipping policy

We get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as we can. We know how eager you are to get your new crystals, so we don't delay in getting your goodies out the door!  Most orders are shipped the same day, but we do ask you give us up to 5 days to fulfill your order. 

• We currently ship to the United States and some international countries. Please be aware that Ciao Bella Crystals will not be held responsible for any customs or import duties or taxes charged by your respective country. Customs vary from country to country, therefore we suggest you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. 
• Please ensure your items are being delivered to a secure location.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. If your item is lost, stolen or damaged you can file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Sometimes the tracking numbers take a bit of time to update, so give it a couple days to show the ETA.
• If your tracking number doesn't seem to be updating after that, all tracking inquires should be directed to the appropriate carrier, as they will have much better information on the status of your package.
